Your role

• You will manage a motivated team of building services engineers (electrical and HVAC) in both technical and personnel matters.
• You will plan the capacity of your staff and external partners and coordinate cross-departmental project management.
• You ensure the efficient organization of fault rectification and plan preventive maintenance using a modern maintenance system (SAP-PM).
• You ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and the economical use of resources.
• You further develop existing technical equipment and systems and ensure the implementation of technical standards and legal requirements.

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training in building services engineering, electrical engineering or HVAC – further training to become a technician (HF) or similar would be an advantage
• Several years’ professional experience in technical building maintenance
• Management experience in a comparable field
• Good organizational skills and an independent, solution-oriented approach to work
• Experience with CAFM or maintenance systems (ideally SAP PM)
• Willingness to take on on-call duty together with your team
