Together with your team, you will take ownership of the Change Control process and play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a demanding medical technology environment. You will actively contribute to the continuous development of our quality processes and have a direct impact on products, processes, and company-wide standards.

Your role

• Coordinate, evaluate, and approve changes and product discontinuations while ensuring timely and quality-compliant processing
• Continuously develop and optimize the change and product discontinuation process
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Actively contribute to projects throughout the product lifecycle and represent Corporate Quality Management interests in development projects
• Support quality reporting activities and independently conduct training sessions within your area of responsibility
• Provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to the CQM Change Management team and foster the professional development of team members

Your profile

• Degree or vocational training with further education in Quality Management
• Several years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within the medical technology industry
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong MS Office and SAP skills
• Assertive leadership personality
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
