Together with your team, you will take ownership of the Change Control process and play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a demanding medical technology environment. You will actively contribute to the continuous development of our quality processes and have a direct impact on products, processes, and company-wide standards.
Your role
- Coordinate, evaluate, and approve changes and product discontinuations while ensuring timely and quality-compliant processing
- Continuously develop and optimize the change and product discontinuation process
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Actively contribute to projects throughout the product lifecycle and represent Corporate Quality Management interests in development projects
- Support quality reporting activities and independently conduct training sessions within your area of responsibility
- Provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to the CQM Change Management team and foster the professional development of team members
Your profile
- Degree or vocational training with further education in Quality Management
- Several years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within the medical technology industry
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong MS Office and SAP skills
- Assertive leadership personality
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
