Your role

• You will lead your team both professionally and in terms of discipline—challenging, supporting, and fostering clarity in teamwork.

• You will implement the company’s strategy, monitor and analyze processes within your area of responsibility to ensure continuous improvement.

• You will manage capacity planning, commercial order processing, and transportation services for both domestic and international shipments.

• You analyze processes in your area and continuously develop them further.

• In day-to-day operations, you actively pitch in with: invoices, transport and export documents, certificates of origin, and hazardous materials documentation.

• You coordinate on-time deliveries with your team, freight forwarders, logistics partners, and customers - across locations and in English.

Your profile

• Commercial training, e.g., as a business administrator in wholesale and foreign trade management or in freight forwarding and logistics services

• Several years of management experience, ideally in export or shipping

• Process-oriented thinking, quick comprehension, and pragmatic problem-solving

• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
