Engineer smart and connected production systems from concept to global impact.

Your role

• As part of a team, you will develop both mechanical engineering projects and prototypes for our international production sites, from the initial inquiry through design to commissioning.

• You will handle the development, PLC programming, and visualization of our plant control systems and integrate innovative hardware and software solutions.

• You will design the integration of the systems into modern data acquisition systems.

• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on these projects.

• You will provide worldwide support for existing systems.

Your profile

• Technical training in electrical engineering and electronics, ideally with some professional experience

• Strong programming (SCL) and visualization skills in the Siemens TIA Portal

• Ideally, knowledge of JAVA programming or an interest in further training in this area

• Experience with OPC-UA and MQTT, as well as database querying, is also an advantage

• Good German and English language skills

• Willingness to travel internationally
