Your role
- You will manage a motivated team of building services engineers (electrical and HVAC) in both technical and personnel matters.
- You will plan the capacity of your staff and external partners and coordinate cross-departmental project management.
- You ensure the efficient organization of fault rectification and plan preventive maintenance using a modern maintenance system (SAP-PM).
- You ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and the economical use of resources.
- You further develop existing technical equipment and systems and ensure the implementation of technical standards and legal requirements.
Your profile
- Completed basic technical training in building services engineering, electrical engineering or HVAC – further training to become a technician (HF) or similar would be an advantage
- Several years’ professional experience in technical building maintenance
- Management experience in a comparable field
- Good organizational skills and an independent, solution-oriented approach to work
- Experience with CAFM or maintenance systems (ideally SAP PM)
- Willingness to take on on-call duty together with your team
