Your role

• Responsibility for glass‑ceramic systems from raw material to market‑ready commercial products
• Assumption of cross‑site product responsibility and ensuring effective interface management
• Preparation of technical documentation for the Research & Development department
• Responsibility for project and sub‑project management within product development initiatives
• Evaluation of complaints and non‑conformities and derivation of appropriate corrective actions
• Close collaboration with materials development, production, and marketing teams

Your profile

• University degree (BSc/MSc or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering field
• Experience and expertise in glass and/or glass‑ceramics preferred
• Several years of industrial experience, ideally in a manufacturing or process‑driven environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetStructured, independent, and results‑oriented way of working
• Good German and English skills for day‑to‑day collaboration
