Your role

• You will develop and implement the global strategy in the areas of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
• You will introduce the global BCM & HSE function and the associated processes at selected Ivoclar sites and be responsible for their continuous improvement and further development.
• The preparation of BCM and HSE key performance indicators falls within your remit.
• You will evaluate the key performance indicators, identify any necessary measures and monitor their implementation.
• As an internal auditor, you will ensure your auditing expertise is available to external audit partners.

Your profile

• A higher technical qualification (e.g. a Master’s degree or MBA in safety/risk management) as well as specialized further training in the fields of BCM and HSE
• Professional experience in the field of BCM or HSE
• In-depth knowledge of the ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015 and 9001:2015 standards
• Experience in project management
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
