As a Plant Operator, you are the specialist for our modern production and filling systems. You ensure that they run reliably and that high quality products are manufactured efficiently. You will learn how to set up production processes, operate equipment correctly and continuously monitor the quality of series products. In doing so, you work directly on the machines and produce a wide range of high quality products.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Setting up production processes and operating equipment correctly
• Working directly on modern production and filling systems
• Continuously monitoring the quality of series products
• Manufacturing various high quality products
• Detecting malfunctions, analysing causes and independently resolving errors
• Performing minor maintenance and repair work

What you bring:

• Completed compulsory schooling
• Technical understanding to tackle challenges in everyday production
• Enjoyment in operating production equipment and understanding processes
• Willingness to work independently and take on responsibility
• Ability to recognise connections and find solutions
• Interest in pneumatics, electrical engineering and mechanics
