As a Field Sales Representative (all genders), you will actively drive sales of our innovative products and solutions, acquire new customers, expand existing customer relationships, and ensure long-term sales success through expert advice and training. Your sales territory includes, among others, the regions around Dortmund, Münster, Osnabrück, and Gütersloh.
Your role

You will be responsible for the sales, launch, and presentation of our innovative products and system processes—both to existing customers and to new partners whom you will actively recruit for our company.

You will actively cultivate our relationships with dental technicians, laboratories, schools, and universities, as well as with our dealer network, with great dedication.

You will provide technical support to our distribution centers, take customer orders, and forward them to the distribution centers.

Your involvement in planning events (workshops, trade shows, roadshows, customer events) and independently carrying them out is part of your responsibilities.

You will independently conduct sales and customer training sessions.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in dental technology, or alternatively, business training with relevant professional experience in field sales and/or the dental market
- Proficiency in standard MS Office programs and, ideally, SAP
- Willingness to travel and work on-site, flexibility in dealing with irregular work hours
- Fluency in German and valid Class B driver’s license
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, initiative, sales talent, and the ability to work under pressure
