You work flexibly across production, taking on various tasks to ensure efficient operations and high quality standards.

Your role

• You are responsible for setup tasks and covering breaks.
• You also support other production areas as needed.
• You participate in work groups aimed at optimizing processes.
• You handle the approval and maintenance of production equipment.
• You support employees as needed (e.g., with documentation tasks).
• You will operate the production lines (presses, finishing, packaging, etc.) as needed.
• You will perform quality control on the products.

Your profile

• No specific training required
• Ability to work responsibly and independently after appropriate training
• Interest in shift work (8 hours)
• Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn new tasks
• Very good German language skills and basic computer skills

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 26.858 EUR. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
