Senior People & Culture Business Partner - Organizational Development

We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner who will provide hands‑on HR support to our business units and help strengthen the overall employee experience within our growing Global Business Services (GBS) organization.

Your role

• Serve as the main HR partner for assigned departments

• Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and manpower actions

• Lead organizational design, change management, talent and leadership development, and enterprise-wide initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and business performance.

• Partner with business leaders to implement organizational changes, strengthen leadership capabilities, develop talent strategies, and execute strategic programs that support company growth and transformation.

• Monitor organizational metrics, manage stakeholder engagement, and recommend solutions that enhance workforce capability, employee experience, and overall organizational success.

• Lead end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, promotions, exits)

• Guide managers on performance management and employee relations matters

• Support disciplinary processes aligned with labor laws and company policy

• Maintain accurate workforce data and HR reports

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations

• Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles

• Experience in Shared Services/GBS or operational environments preferred

• Strong background in employee lifecycle management & employee relations

• Strong and proven background in organizational design, change management, talent & leadership development, and enterprise initiatives

• Familiarity with PH labor laws and HR compliance

• Strong interpersonal, advisory, and problem-solving skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information
