Digital Platform Specialist - Trade Connect
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital Platform Specialist to support the success of our Trade Connect platform. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that platform information remains accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible while providing frontline support to users and helping maintain an exceptional digital experience.

Your role
Content & Information Management

Maintain and update platform content, including product information, pricing, documentation, and marketing materials.

Ensure all published information is accurate, current, and aligned with official sources.

Coordinate with content owners and stakeholders to validate and implement updates.
Data Quality & Integrity

Monitor data quality and enforce content standards across the platform.

Conduct regular audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, errors, and outdated information.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data reliability.
User Support & Issue Resolution

Serve as the first point of contact for platform-related inquiries and support requests.

Assist users in resolving common issues and navigating platform features.

Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate teams with clear documentation and follow-up.
Testing & Quality Assurance

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Validate system functionality and identify potential issues before release.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
Documentation & Knowledge Management

Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and support documentation.

Build and curate a knowledge base that promotes self-service and efficient issue resolution.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience is required for this role
- Experience in content management, digital operations, data administration, customer support, or a related function.
- Experience working with digital platforms, content management systems (CMS), learning management systems (LMS), or enterprise applications is an advantage.
- Exposure to testing, quality assurance, or data governance activities is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing digital content and information systems.
- Strong understanding of data quality assurance and content governance principles.
- Ability to navigate, administer, and troubleshoot digital platforms and applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business productivity tools.
- Experience with documentation, knowledge base management, and user support processes.
