You manage international approval projects, maintain regulatory dossiers, and communicate independently with authorities and global stakeholders.

Your role

 

  • Take responsibility for developing regulatory approval strategies and managing product registrations in your assigned regions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Production, Sales, and Marketing to successfully implement regulatory strategies, while reliably managing timelines and deadlines.
  • Maintain and update country-specific regulatory dossiers for new product approvals and change notifications throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Independently communicate with national regulatory authorities and regional stakeholders.
  • Research and assess regulatory questions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, particularly in the implementation of international requirements (e.g., UDI).

Your profile

 

  • Completed degree preferably in a scientific field or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in medical devices, medical equipment, and associated software
  • Experience in product registration or quality management is an advantage
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to present complex topics in a clear and structured manner
  • Strong team spirit, communication skills, reliability, and a careful, independent working style
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are an advantage

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 40,000 EUR. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
