You work at the interface between production and development, analyze operations, and implement improvements in a structured and hands-on way.

Your profile

 

  • Completed technical training or a degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, materials science, or comparable)
  • Basic understanding of production processes and technical interrelationships
  • Interest and willingness to independently plan, conduct, and evaluate production trials, scale-up studies, and technical investigations
  • An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work with a strong hands-on mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team and to coordinate projects and tasks constructively
  • Enjoyment of intercultural collaboration and international exchange
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 42,000 EUR. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
