Your role
- You will develop and optimize innovative CNC manufacturing strategies for high-precision dental products.
- You will plan, organize, and verify milling trials on CNC milling machines.
- You will test new software solutions, tools, and machines and support their further development.
- You analyze test results and identify opportunities for optimization.
- You support the planning, organization, and implementation of development projects.
- You oversee the introduction of new technologies and products through to successful mass production.
- You document test results and develop well-founded recommendations for action.
Your profile
- Completed technical training (e.g., mechanical engineer, mechatronics technician, metalworker, machining technician, or a comparable qualification)
- Experience with CAM systems and CNC milling machines
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute your own ideas
- Enjoyment of intercultural collaboration and international exchange
- Ability to work well in a team and coordinate projects and tasks constructively
- Passion for new things and a strong willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of German and English

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 42,000 EUR. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
