Your role

As Head of Global Business Services, you will lead the development and growth of our Madrid GBS Hub and act as the local leader for the organization in Spain.

Working closely with global stakeholders and international teams, you will:

Lead and develop the Madrid GBS Hub, ensuring a scalable and high-performing organization.
Drive workforce planning, capacity management and organizational growth.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive and performance-oriented culture.
Act as the key local representative of the hub and a trusted partner for global stakeholders.
Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
Oversee hub governance, budgeting, resource planning and performance reporting.
Facilitate collaboration across global teams and support the successful expansion of Global Business Services.
Promote employee engagement, talent development and a strong One GBS mindset.

Your profile

You are a people-focused leader who thrives in international environments and enjoys building organizations, developing teams and driving change.

You bring:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Around 8-10 years of relevant experience within Global Business Services, Shared Services, Business Operations or similar environments.
Experience leading teams and working successfully in matrix organizations.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across different organizational levels.
Experience in workforce planning, organizational development and change management.
Sound business and financial acumen, including budget and resource management.
A continuous improvement mindset and passion for transformation.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
