Our People & Culture team in Schaan is looking for a new team member:
As an HR Specialist in Social Security, you will be responsible for all social security matters and will support employees and managers with professional expertise and tact in these areas.
Your role
- In this versatile role, you will be responsible for social-, health- and accident insurance topics.
- You'll support employees and managers with professional expertise and tact in all social security matters (illness, accidents, pregnancy, disability, retirement) and serve as a key point of contact for the P&C Business Partner Team.
- You'll prepare reports, monitor KPIs and develope improvement measures for the social security management process.
- You'll oversee the offerings of our Occupational Health Management program and participate in HR projects.
- Play an active role in shaping Social Security at Ivoclar and help create a stable, responsible work environment for our employees.
Your profile
- Dedicated, communicative and trustworthy individual with a passion for social security issues and a big-picture perspective
- Proactive team player with a strong focus on service and solutions and a structured approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of guiding and supporting employees through difficult personal or professional situations
- Business education and experience in an HR role - ideally in social security topics
- Knowledge of social security and IT proficiency (SAP HCM and MS Office)
- Excellent German and English language skills
