Your role

• You are highly motivated to support the team leader in managing the team professionally and consistently serve as a role model.
• You ensure strict compliance with LEAN principles and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participating in day-to-day operations is part of your daily responsibilities.
• On the shop floor, no one can outdo you! You particularly enjoy helping to optimize and ensure the smooth running of operational processes.
• As a stand-in, you’ll lead the daily shop floor meeting with the team.
• Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. To that end, you’ll also handle returns and/or complaints.
• New colleagues will guide you during your training period and share their knowledge with you.
• Depending on needs, you’ll be able to work flexibly and support colleagues in other areas of logistics as well.

Your profile

• Vocational training in logistics, such as a certification as a warehouse logistics specialist
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• You quickly grasp complex situations and find pragmatic, customer-focused solutions
• Proficiency with MS Office – ideally, prior experience with SAP
• Excellent written and spoken German – knowledge of English is a plus
• You hold a forklift operator’s license
• A conscientious, team-oriented, and results-driven approach to work rounds out your profile
