Your role

You will assist our international client base with technical issues and user inquiries regarding our innovative products in the field of analog equipment and materials.

You will document customer inquiries—from analysis through to resolution—in our global ticket system (Salesforce).

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the best possible solutions.

As the interface to our developers, you provide valuable input to further improve our products.
Your profile
- A completed education in dental technology
- Technical expertise and experience working with laboratory equipment such as firing, pressing, or sintering furnaces
- A strong service orientation
- Interest in our customers and a desire to understand and solve their challenges
- Very good German (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level) required; additional foreign languages (Italian/French/Spanish) are a plus
