Shape how we communicate

Your role

• As part of the Corporate Communications team, you independently manage selected communication activities and clearly defined projects in close coordination with the communications department.
• You create and edit content for internal and external audiences, particularly for the intranet, website, newsletters, presentations, and other corporate publications.
• You research information, coordinate content with the respective business functions, and prepare it in a clear, target-group-oriented manner.
• You support the planning and implementation of communication initiatives and help ensure that our corporate messages are communicated consistently and credibly.
• You coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners for your areas of responsibility, while keeping timelines and quality standards on track.
• You support your team colleagues in the execution of their projects, helping to reduce workload and ensure smooth team operations.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Corporate Communications, a communications agency, or a comparable environment
• A degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent editorial and writing skills, with a strong sense for messaging, target audiences, and communication channels
• Experience in independently implementing communication activities and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Confidence in working with digital communication channels
• Experience using AI tools to support communications work is an advantage
• A self-driven, structured, and pragmatic approach to work, combined with the ability to stay organized and maintain a clear perspective even in fast-paced situations
• Native-level German and very good written and spoken English skills
