Your role
- Conduct process mapping and workflow documentation for existing and future-state processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and related artifacts.
- Support process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze process performance data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate process reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions as needed.
- Ensure process documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.At least
- 2-3 years of experience in process mapping, process documentation, business analysis, or process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping methodologies and tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or similar).
- Experience in documenting workflows, SOPs, policies, and business requirements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and gather requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Business Process Management (BPM) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

According to the collective agreement, this position offers a gross annual salary of €XX,XXX on a full-time basis and will be significantly higher depending on professional experience and qualifications.
This position is subject to the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry, based on 38,5 hours per week. The amount of the overpayment depends on your professional qualifications and experience, as well as the labor market in Vorarlberg.
