Help our team analyze and optimize business processes and actively drive digital transformation. Through exciting projects, you’ll make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our workflows. 

Your role

• You will analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.

• You will assist with the digitization and standardization of workflows.

• You will create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.

• You will actively participate in cross-functional projects focused on process optimization.

• You will analyze process data, develop proposals for improvement, and oversee their implementation.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, e.g., in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a related field
• Interest in process management, digitalization,continuous improvement and the opportunity to work 18–20 hours per week
• Analytical, structured, and independent work style
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work well in a team and an open, communicative personality
