Your role
- Content Management

Upload, update, and maintain website content, landing pages, and product pages within the CMS.

Create and publish new pages using approved templates and content.

Manage digital assets, including images, videos, PDFs, and reusable content components.

Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and governance standards.
- Publishing & Quality Assurance

Perform pre-publication QA checks for formatting, responsiveness, functionality, and user experience.

Schedule, publish, archive, and maintain website content.

Monitor and resolve content issues, broken links, and website inconsistencies.
- SEO & Website Optimization

Apply on-page SEO best practices, including page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, URL structure, and internal linking.

Ensure content meets accessibility and quality standards.

Support continuous improvement of website performance and user engagement.
- Stakeholder Coordination

Manage content requests through established workflows and ticketing systems.

Collaborate with Marketing teams, Product Category Managers, Digital Product Owners, and other stakeholders.

Support regional and global teams with content publishing and updates.
-
Ensure all required approvals are secured prior to publication.
- CMS Administration

Maintain website templates, content structures, and reusable components.
-
Organize and govern digital assets within the CMS.

Support content lifecycle management and site housekeeping activities.

Provide CMS guidance and basic troubleshooting support to users.
Your profile
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Web Development, or a related field.

Experience managing and publishing digital content within a Content Management System (CMS).

Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals, including links, formatting, and basic page structure.

Understanding of SEO principles and website content optimization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
