US Payroll, Time & Attendance Specialist

Objective of the Position

Manage and/or support Payroll and Time & Attendance administration for various Legal Entities, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and timely execution in line with company policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

  • Manage and/or support the end-to-end payroll process across assigned Legal Entities.
  • Maintain payroll calendars, cut-offs, employee records, and payroll data.
  • Process employee additions, terminations, status changes, deductions, benefits, and other payroll updates.
  • Validate payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Prepare and support payroll processing through payroll vendor systems.
  • Coordinate with People & Culture teams and payroll vendors on payroll and benefits-related matters.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries and prepare payroll reports, letters, and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with payroll policies, regulations, and controls.
  • Support audits, evidence management, and continuous improvement of payroll processes.

Time & Attendance Administration

  • Manage and/or support electronic timekeeping and absence administration.
  • Monitor timesheet submissions and ensure accurate data transfer to payroll.
  • Support manager approvals, data validation, exception handling, and balance adjustments.
  • Ensure adherence to time-off policies and procedures.
  • Support reporting, payroll interfaces, cut-off management, governance, controls, and audits.

Your profile

Requirements

•       Bachelor's degree required.

•       Minimum 2 years’ payroll processing experience required.

•       Experience with payroll and time/attendance software. US payroll experience required, EMEA payroll experience highly desired

•       Knowledge of several employment laws and some aspects of human resources including benefits, payroll, leaves of absence

•       Ability to acknowledge employee privacy laws and protect company value by keeping

employee information confidential.

•       Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Strong Excel experience required.

•       Strong mathematical attitude.

•       Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner with great attention to detail.

•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with the ability to professionally interact with all levels throughout the organization.

•       Employee service oriented.

•       Thoroughness, with ability to organize and prioritize workload.

•       Detail-oriented and systematic with the ability to meet deadlines and to ensure accurate work.

•       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
