Your role
• You carefully conduct development trials and document the results in a clear, structured, and traceable manner.
• You prepare development equipment for trials and are responsible for its operation and proper cleaning.
• You oversee the maintenance, inspection, and upkeep of development facilities and technical equipment.
• You actively support our Process Engineers in development projects and the implementation of new solutions.
• You assist in the organization and preparation of trial series and ensure the availability of the required materials and equipment.
Your profile
• Completed technical vocational training, a comparable qualification, or relevant practical experience in a technical environment
• Strong technical understanding combined with a careful and structured approach to work
• Enthusiasm for hands-on development and testing activities
• Initiative, teamwork skills, and reliability in day-to-day collaboration with colleagues
• Very good German language skills and a good basic command of English
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel approximately 2–3 days per month within the DACH region

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 35,000 EUR. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
