Join our Global Tax & Transfer Pricing team and play a key role in supporting global tax compliance, transfer pricing governance, and cross-border business operations. In this role, you'll collaborate with finance teams around the world, helping ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and efficient tax processes across a multinational organization.

Your role
- Coordinate and support global transfer pricing processes across multiple countries and entities.
- Monitor intercompany transactions and arm's length margins, partnering with finance and controlling teams to address deviations.
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation, including the Master File, and support Local File preparation with local finance teams.
- Maintain and oversee intercompany agreements across the group to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Serve as a key point of contact for transfer pricing questions and guidance across global subsidiaries.
- Support Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), Public CbCR, and Global Minimum Taxation (Pillar Two) requirements.
- Monitor tax filing status and collaborate with local finance teams to support corporate tax compliance activities.
- Contribute to tax risk management initiatives, audit readiness, and the enhancement of tax-related data quality.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of tax technology solutions and reporting tools.
- Partner with stakeholders globally to align business activities with tax and transfer pricing policies and regulatory requirements.
Your profile
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a multinational or global tax environment.
- Proven experience in transfer pricing and intercompany tax processes.
- Strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and the arm's length standard.
- Experience coordinating with international stakeholders across different regions and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, global environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Nice-To-Have Qualifications
- Experience in a shared services or global business services environment.
- Knowledge of Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and/or Global Minimum Taxation (BEPS Pillar Two).
- Experience with Tagetik or other tax reporting and compliance tools.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent professional qualification.
- Transfer pricing certification or advanced tax specialization.
