Your role

• You will develop and maintain the Product Lifecycle Management roadmap as a key tool for steering innovation, technology, and product development.
• You independently manage technology and knowledge management at the global level.
• You derive future requirements for processes and tools from best practices in Product Lifecycle Management as well as from corporate strategy.
• You act as the central interface between R&D, Marketing, IT, and Management.
• You support and coach process stakeholders to ensure consistent standards.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field with a focus on medical technology
• Several years of experience in process management, product lifecycle management, and/or innovation and technology management, ideally in the dental sector
• Experience dealing with complex stakeholder structures and cross-functional collaboration
• A strong communicator with a structured and solution-oriented approach, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and assertiveness
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
