Your role

• Development, validation, and optimization of test methods in the fields of dental technology and colorimetry
• Responsibility for the release, maintenance, and continuous improvement of color standards
• Preparation, maintenance, and updating of GMP‑relevant documentation such as test instructions, characterization reports, and qualification documents
• Management and qualification of laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring full operational readiness
• Participation in material release processes within quality control
• Support of general laboratory activities and project-related tasks 

Your profile

• Completed degree in a relevant field such as systems engineering, dental technology, or materials science, or vocational training with several years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM is an advantage
• Excellent color perception and strong quality awareness
• Dynamic, solution‑oriented, and communicative personality with high flexibility and strong team spirit
• Strong sense of responsibility combined with an independent, reliable, and precise working style 
• Good German and English skills for day‑to‑day collaboration
