Shape the future of dental innovation

Your role

• As a key role, you will shape the global product strategy and strategically develop our portfolio in line with market needs, with a potential focus on either technical or commercial aspects
• You will develop robust business cases, conduct market and pricing analyses, and implement effective go-to-market strategies
• You will manage product launches, growth initiatives, and product phase-outs throughout all stages of the product lifecycle
• Working within the team, you will analyze competitors from either a technical or commercial perspective and define clear product requirements, including MVPs and product claims
• You will collaborate closely with Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to successfully drive innovation
• In addition, you will create and coordinate targeted training, communication, and presentation materials for international markets

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with several years of professional experience in international Product Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing
• Experience in the dental, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex interrelationships
• Experience in process and project management, including the application of Lean and Agile methodologies
• Customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and outstanding presentation abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multinational and culturally diverse environment
• Open-minded and creative thinker with a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10–20%)
