Organisation, Communication and Collaboration in Focus

During your apprenticeship as a Commercial, you will be right in the middle of everyday business life: you organise, coordinate, communicate and support various teams to ensure that processes run smoothly behind the scenes. Throughout your training, you will regularly rotate between departments and gain broad insights into areas such as Administration, Purchasing, People & Culture, Marketing, Accounting, Vocational Training Administration, IT and Sales.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Organising, coordinating and supporting various teams in day to day business
• Regular rotation between different departments, including Administration, Purchasing, Marketing, IT, Sales and more
• Communicating with international subsidiaries in selected teams
• Processing customer orders and handling product deliveries
• Assisting in the organisation of small events and supporting larger company events
• Receiving orders and supporting accounting related tasks
• Creating various documents

What you bring:

• Completed compulsory schooling with good grades (Sekundarschule (CH) or Realschule (FL))
• Interest in organisational, coordinative and communicative tasks
• Motivation to support different teams in everyday business
• Willingness to take on responsibility and learn new things
