Join Ivoclar as an SCM Services Associate - Global Procurement support efficient procurement operations through accurate SAP transactions, supplier coordination, and timely process execution. Your role

• Maintain and update supplier records and procurement documentation in SAP and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in a timely and compliant manner using SAP or procurement tools (e.g., Coupa)
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure order confirmations, track deliveries, and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Perform basic SAP/ERP transactions, including:
  • Vendor master data creation and updates
  • Purchase info record (PIR) and contract maintenance
  • Potentially processing of Procurement workflows for new items
• Support supplier accreditation, qualification, and performance monitoring in alignment with company and global standards
• Assist in sourcing activities by gathering supplier quotations and preparing price comparisons for evaluation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Warehouse, Finance, Quality, and requestors) to ensure smooth and efficient Procurement operations
• Monitor Procurement reports and maintain visibility of PR/PO status and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and company Code of Business Conduct, including support during audits (ISO, HSE, MDSAP)

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome, with prior internship or early-career exposure in Procurement or Supply Chain as an advantage
• Foundational understanding of sourcing and procurement processes, with strong interest in manufacturing operations, materials, and services environment
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage; demonstrates high digital aptitude and willingness to learn enterprise tools
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, enabling data-driven decision-making and problem-solving in Procurement activities
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player, capable of building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to a high-performance culture
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and driven by operational excellence; able to manage priorities independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
