Quality Assurance Associate

In this role, you'll take ownership of coordinating and managing nonconformities, ensuring timely resolution and documentation while supporting compliance with global quality standards. You'll play a key role in monitoring process performance, analyzing data and trends, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
As a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, you'll help maintain transparency through meaningful reporting, support informed decision-making through data-driven insights, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of products and processes. Your role

Non-Conformity Coordination
-
Coordinate, assess, and document nonconformities and related actions

Follow up on nonconformities in the IT system to ensure timely processing and closure
-
Ensure consistent application of standards across interfaces
-
Analyze data to identify trends and support the identification of improvement opportunities

Process Monitoring & Reporting
-
Monitor relevant KPIs and support data accuracy and reliability
-
Analyze performance data to identify deviations and risks
-
Prepare reports and support data-driven insights for stakeholders
-
Contribute to continuous improvement based on data analysis

Additional Tasks

Support cross-functional alignment in operational topics

Contribute to decision preparation based on process understanding and available data

Your profile
-
Professional:
-
Completed bachelor's degree in any related field
-
2-3 years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a regulated environment (e.g. MedTech, Pharma, manufacturing)

Basic understanding of nonconformity management processes

Basic knowledge of applicable quality standards (e.g. ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements is an advantage

Experience with quality management systems and/or IT tools (e.g. SAP, Service Now) is desirable
-
Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
-
Basic understanding of data analysis and KPI monitoring

Good English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
