Your role

• You will lead our production team and create an environment where collaboration and motivation are key.
• You will plan and manage the production of our plastic products (sheets and blocks), keeping a close eye on quality, deadlines, and efficiency.
• You will get to the root of complaints and deviations and ensure that we improve a little every day.
• You actively contribute your ideas and drive the optimization of our production processes.
• You’re right in the thick of things: You’re involved in day-to-day operations and work with your team and colleagues from our local and global service departments to achieve our goals.
• You pitch in on projects and challenges and find practical solutions.

Your profile

• You don’t need a “perfect” educational background—what matters most to us is your personality, your dedication, and your passion for leadership
• You already have some experience leading, motivating, and developing people
• You’re flexible, eager to learn, and stand out for your organizational skills
• You’re proficient in MS Office
• You communicate very well in German and have a basic knowledge of English
