Your role
• You develop efficient and future-oriented manufacturing concepts for modern medical devices.
• You design production processes while considering quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory requirements.
• You identify and evaluate new technologies and assess their potential for innovative manufacturing solutions.
• You support the transfer of new processes into series production and ensure smooth implementation.
• You independently plan, coordinate, and carry out development trials and analyze the results.
• You contribute to projects and ensure clear and traceable documentation.
Your profile
• Completed degree in a scientific or technical field, ideally in materials science, chemistry, physics, or mechanical engineering
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Initial experience in project management is an advantage
• Proficient in the common MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel approximately 5 days per month within the DACH region
• Analytical and structured working style combined with strong problem-solving skills
• Initiative, team spirit, and enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary projects

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 45,000 EUR. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
