Your role

• You will be a member of the Management Board and actively contribute to the strategic development of Ivoclar Italy.

• You will have overall responsibility for the People & Culture division at the Naturns (production) and Bologna (sales) locations.

• You will further develop the local People & Culture strategy in alignment with the Ivoclar Group’s goals and successfully implement it.

• You will lead and further develop your People & Culture team.

• You will advise the Managing Director and other executives on all strategic and operational HR matters.

• You will be responsible for all People & Culture processes throughout the employee life cycle.

• You will support organizational development and change processes and strengthen leadership, employees, and corporate culture.

• You will represent the company in dealings with government agencies, labor unions, and external institutions.

• You will ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulatory requirements.

Your profile

• A college degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position

• In-depth knowledge of Italian labor and social security law

• Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus

• Experience in organizational development and change management

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong decision-making and execution skills

• Strong communication, leadership, and consulting skills

• Very good German and Italian skills, as well as good English skills

This position is classified as “Dirigente Industria,” and for full-time employment (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 85,000 EUR. The actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position.
In addition, we offer attractive variable compensation as well as a company car that is also available for personal use. Classification is in accordance with the applicable Italian collective agreement for “Dirigenti.”
