Your role
- You will develop and design special-purpose machines and assemblies according to customer requirements as part of an international team for our locations.
- You will create 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and bill of materials.
- You will specify and dimension machine components and oversee their procurement.
- You will develop technical concepts and devise design solutions.
- You will work closely with project management and take charge of subprojects.
- You will coordinate technical requirements with customers and suppliers.
- You will oversee projects from the concept phase through to commissioning.
- You will optimize existing designs in terms of functionality, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Your profile
- Completed technical training and professional experience in machine design
- Proficiency in a common 3D CAD system (e.g., SolidWorks or Inventor)
- Knowledge of machine components, manufacturing technology, and technical standards
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
- Good German language skills, knowledge of English is a plus

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 42,000 EUR. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
