You handle maintenance and troubleshooting while continuously improving and optimizing our production equipment.

Your role

• You will ensure that malfunctions in production equipment and milling machines are resolved quickly.
• You will perform preventive maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• You will handle any necessary repairs.
• You handle ongoing troubleshooting and the systematic optimization of production facilities.

Your profile

• Experienced maintenance technicians, as well as motivated and eager-to-learn recent graduates or career changers with technical training, are welcome and will be trained by us

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 38,000 EUR. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
