Your role
- You will develop CNC manufacturing strategies for machining our dental product solutions.
- You will test new machining strategies and tools and contribute your experience to the optimization process.
- You will conduct milling tests on CNC milling machines, document the results, and evaluate them.
- You will oversee the machine shop and ensure the smooth operation of the CNC milling machines.
- You will ensure the availability of tools, consumables, and technical equipment and coordinate their procurement.
Your profile
- Completed technical training (e.g., mechanical engineer, mechatronics technician, metalworker, machining technician, or a comparable qualification)
- Knowledge of CAM software and CNC milling machines
- We are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates with the appropriate training
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute your own ideas
- Passion for new things and a strong willingness to learn
- Good German and English skills

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 35,000 EUR. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
