Master Data Management Senior Associate

About the role

The MMD Global Senior Associate is responsible for managing and maintaining master material data across global systems, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing of requests. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality teams to support efficient data workflows and system integrity.

Your role

  • Review submitted data for completeness and accuracy

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve unclear or incomplete information

  • Initiate and manage workflows for data creation and updates

  • Ensure proper documentation and routing of workflow processes

  • Collaborate with compliance and quality teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met

  • Maintain and update regulatory documentation as needed

  • Finalize data management processes and maintain internal tracking systems

  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on request progress

  • Execute bulk updates to active records when necessary

  • Review systems for consistency and accuracy prior to data creation

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in material master data management, regulatory coordination, or workflow operations within a global or regional organization

  • Proficiency in SAP or equivalent data management platforms

  • Strong Excel and data validation skills

  • Familiarity with regulatory documentation and compliance processes

  • Understanding of workflow systems and change management procedures

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, global environment
