As Head of Department Enterprise Excellence, you will lead an experienced team of SAP and enterprise application experts. You will provide direction, create a positive and trusting environment, and work together with your team to continuously develop our global SAP and application landscape.

Your role

• Lead, develop and empower the Enterprise Excellence team, fostering trust, collaboration, ownership and shared success
• Create a positive and performance-oriented team environment while supporting individual strengths and professional development
• Drive the strategic development of the global SAP and enterprise application landscape in close collaboration with relevant business and IT stakeholders
• Ensure a stable, sustainable and future-ready SAP landscape while continuously improving related processes and solutions
• Manage and prioritize requirements, projects and initiatives based on business value, available resources and strategic priorities
• Foster close collaboration within the team and across departments, processes and geographical boundaries
• Manage external partners and service providers and ensure effective collaboration between internal and external experts
• Actively shape change and transformation by providing clear direction and creating alignment around common goals

Your profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally within an international IT, SAP or enterprise applications environment
• Positive, empowering and approachable leadership personality with a genuine passion for developing people, delegating responsibility and building strong teams
• Solid experience with SAP and enterprise applications as well as a good understanding of integrated business processes and complex system landscapes
• Ability to lead experienced experts and provide direction without needing to be the deepest technical specialist in every area
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect different perspectives and interests
• Strategic and business-oriented mindset combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Experience in managing projects, organizational change and external partners in an international environment
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
