Inside Sales Agent (all genders)

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for actively selling our products over the phone, targeting new customers, and building long-term relationships with existing customers.

Your role

• You will support and advise our customers over the phone and acquire new customers to increase our market share.
• You will actively maintain existing customer relationships and work closely with the sales team.
• Your responsibilities include presenting, introducing, and selling new products and system solutions over the phone.
• You will maintain and update customer data in Salesforce and document customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• You will assist in the organization and execution of customer events and trade shows.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial or dental training program.
• Ideally, you have gained initial professional experience in inside sales or internal sales support.
• You are proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
• Strong communication skills, sales talent, and the ability to work well in a team round out your profile.
