As the central point of contact in Customer Service, you ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers.
Your role

You will be responsible for managing our subsidiary DSSM and will independently process orders, including preparing quotes, invoicing, and issuing credit and debit notes.

Providing expert support to customers, account managers, and business development managers on topics such as shipment tracking, delivery times, and order status will be part of your responsibilities.

You will handle returns, complaints, return requests, and complaint management.

You will assist our customers via phone and in writing (inbound and outbound), including general service and support.

You will support our sales and marketing teams with promotional campaigns, bonus agreements, and market feedback.
Your profile
- You have completed training in the dental field or have a business administration background.
- You have already gained professional experience in customer service, particularly in inbound and outbound sales as well as order processing.
- You are proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office.
- You have strong German and, in particular, English language skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Teamwork skills, an independent and structured approach to work, and a strong customer focus combined with a proactive personality round out your profile.
