You help our clients make their processes more efficient and successful in the long term through LEAN methods and practical training.

Your role

• In this role, you will help our clients become even more successful by advising and supporting them in applying operational excellence and LEAN principles to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• You are passionate about developing targeted project designs and facilitating workshops for our clients across all organizational levels.
• You enjoy conducting training sessions for our clients’ employees and executives, and you further develop methods, tools, and training materials.
• You monitor project progress toward achieving milestones and overall project goals and support stakeholders in the application of project management tools.
• You drive the further development of our consulting portfolio in collaboration with the global Ivoclar Vivadent Operational Excellence Team.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in engineering or business and have several years of professional experience in a consulting role or in the dental industry.
• You are distinguished by your experience in digitalization, knowledge of LEAN/Operational Excellence, and practical implementation, and you impress your counterparts with your energetic and positive personality and professional demeanor.
• An independent, team-oriented work style and a willingness to travel frequently are required.
• Strong analytical skills as well as fundamental knowledge of project management and business administration are part of your profile.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1), Spanish is a plus, as well as compelling presentation and facilitation skills round out your profile.
