Your role

Content Management

  • Upload, update, and maintain website content, landing pages, and product pages within the CMS.

  • Create and publish new pages using approved templates and content.

  • Manage digital assets, including images, videos, PDFs, and reusable content components.

Publishing & Quality Assurance

  • Perform pre-publication QA checks for formatting, responsiveness, functionality, and user experience.

  • Schedule, publish, archive, and maintain website content.

  • Monitor and resolve content issues, broken links, and website inconsistencies. [TEFO-05175...inistrator | Word]

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Apply on-page SEO best practices, including page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, URL structure, and internal linking.

  • Ensure content meets accessibility and quality standards.

  • Support continuous improvement of website performance and user engagement. [TEFO-05175...inistrator | Word]

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Manage content requests through established workflows and ticketing systems.

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams, Product Category Managers, Digital Product Owners, and other stakeholders.

  • Support regional and global teams with content publishing and updates.

CMS Administration

  • Maintain website templates, content structures, and reusable components.

  • Organize and govern digital assets within the CMS.

  • Support content lifecycle management and site housekeeping activities.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Web Development, or a related field.

  • Experience managing and publishing digital content within a Content Management System (CMS).

  • Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals, including links, formatting, and basic page structure.

  • Understanding of SEO principles and website content optimization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.
