Ensuring Quality in Production

Your role

• You coordinate non-conforming products within the production area.
• You conduct root cause analyses for quality issues in production.
• You initiate corrective, preventive, and improvement measures in the production environment.
• You are responsible for non-conformance (NC) management, including the blocking of non-conforming products in production.
• You are responsible for the CAPA system within the production area.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical field or relevant professional experience in mechanics or electronics
• Strong quality awareness, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong analytical thinking
• Very good IT skills, especially in a Windows environment, as well as sound knowledge of SAP
• Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken

This position is subject to the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry, based on 38,5 hours per week. The amount of the overpayment depends on your professional qualifications and experience, as well as the labor market in Vorarlberg.
