Your role

• You will provide administrative support to the patent department.
• You will coordinate formalities related to patent applications and post-grant procedures.
• You will prepare regular management reports.
• You will serve as the administrative point of contact for external patent attorneys and patent attorney assistants.
• You will ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of data for an extensive patent portfolio.

Your profile

• Business training, ideally with some initial work experience
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• High level of reliability and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team and strong organizational skills
