Your role

• Develop and implement global product strategies for the launch and further development of assigned product categories
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities
• Take ownership of product positioning, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management in close collaboration with Technical Product Management
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of product strategies
• Support and train regional teams to enhance market performance
• Act as the voice of the customer: understand customer pain points, identify market requirements, and work closely with country and sales organizations
• Prepare business cases to support product development decisions and share responsibility for future product portfolios together with the Technical Product Manager
• Responsibility for the Product Strategy per Brand and Workflow
• Communication of product integration tests to countries
• Do the competitor analysis from a commercial perspective

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with several years of experience in international product management, sales, or trade marketing, ideally within the dental, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex interrelationships
• Experience in process and project management, including the application of Lean and Agile methodologies
• Customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and fluency in both German and English
• Strong team player with a hands-on mentality
• High level of intercultural competence and ability to work effectively in a multinational environment
• Open-minded and creative thinker with flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 10–20%)
